Well, the week is starting off really well. I have started using the myfitnesspal ap on my phone and I think that it will be really great for keeping me accountable! (Betsy, I decided to use this one because it will be more convenient than logging in only at night at home.) I also went to the LIFE Christian fitness class at Fern Creek Christian Church last night and it really kicked my butt! I hope to go back this Thursday as well. (Betsy, the ladies there had great things to say about you---of course I assured them we must be talking about two different people...ha, ha)
Teri, I hope that your weigh-in went well! You have been kind of quiet the past day or two so I just wanted to check in.

ReplyDeleteWhatever is easist is the best way to be sure you will use it. Good for you for starting a food log! Having it on your phone will help immensely.

ReplyDeleteHey Bets. My feet are doing better today. I have been doing some exercising in the mornings. Mostly using a chair but doing it none the less. using what is available on my "ON DEMAND". I had no idea that there was so much to choose from. Seeing all of that took away the excuse of not having an exercise source. The orange girl is still on the biggest looser. I am rooting for her to win win win.
Teri- so glad to hear your feet are doing better. Sitting in a chair you can still do a lot! There is a whole workout called 'sit and get fit' so we know there is a lot you can do.
ReplyDeleteI failed to connect that there is still the lone orange member on the biggest loser. I've been watching that show a bit more often in the last year and I do find it interesting. I still don't enjoy watching other people work out though... Anyway, glad you are now commenting. Feel free to send me an email that you would like posted, just as Kate did.
